Red, orange alerts warn of heavy rain, thunderstorms and flash floods across regions

JEDDAH — The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) issued red alerts for heavy rain and thunderstorms capable of causing flash floods for Makkah, Jazan, Asir and Al-Baha on Sunday.
